Just woke up, cup of coffee
So I just woke up, have a cup of coffee, and I really dont know what music im in the mood for right now. So I just set my winamp player to shuffle, and this song came along. Thought I'd share it. (too tired to type something long atm.) It's a classic though.

Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood
So I'm a big movie fan aswell. Mainly movies with a good story, good acting and ofcourse a nice soundtrack. While the movie listed above doesn't have good acting or story, the soundtrack is pretty good. Altough it's a bit past 4:20, i still have a surprise for the budsmokers here, i got this song from the soundtrack of Don't be a menace. It's Shock G ft Luniz - We got more. Enjoy smokin!

First off a real old but not underground song of beastie boys, remixed by fatboy slim! Brace for nostalgia
Next off i have this song i listen in the car lately, the lyrics are in contrast with the beat. The beat is sunny and feelgood, while the lyrics are about murder. You cant deny that the flow and lyrics are really good in this less-known single of Bone Thugs -n- Harmony, also is the combination of the beat and lyrics quite.. suprising.

OutKast - Da art of storytellin
Hello everyone, now were kicked off we can start listening to some classics!
I was just listening to another Outkast (don't worry, all sorts of oldskool will be posted), like i said im really into outkast atm, but the blog will be more diverse eventually. Anyhows, ill pop in another video from OutKast, its called Da Art of Storytellin, this is a classic! Dre's verse is really good, its flows nice and the rhytm is really spot on. His rhyme scheme looks simplystic, but some senteces are cut into 2 to let it rhyme, well just check it out for yourself.

Oldskool Rap Daily Kick off!
Hello everybody and welcome to my new Blog!
As the titel says, this Blog is all about Old Skool Hip Hop, this site will, ofcourse, be updated daily with classic hiphop tracks as well as Bio's, Stories and much much more.
So let's kick this off shall we!
Currently I'm really into the old OutKast tracks (pre-stankonia). Ill share the one that im listening too right now.
It's OutKast with the track "Two Dope Boyz (in a Caddilac)". It's a real laid back like beat, with fast paced rhytm. The lyrics are a bit brag and boast in comparison with the regular story telling style lyrics outkast (especially Andre 3000) drops. Enough talkin, enjoy!
